Applications
Specific detergent for C.I.P. and spray washing in the food industry.
Particularly suitable for use in the canning industry and in oil products, it is also used in
the conditioning of rain pasteurizers.
Features
Specific for mechanical washing of aluminum and other soft metal pots and pans. Weakly alkaline formulation specific for light alloys, containing a balanced mixture of
sequestrants, foam regulators, dispersants and corrosion inhibitors. Specific product for
washing C.I.P. in the canning industry and for the spray washing of glass jars and cans
soiled with oils and fats. At the concentrations of use it does not affect stainless steel,
glass, carbon steel, enameled iron, PE, PVC, PP, PS, aluminum, galvanized iron, copper,
brass and bronze. Concentrated formulation, it combines a high degreasing power with
an excellent response to water hardness.
